Fiery Cajun Shrimp Stuffed Jalapeños 

Ingredients
• 12 large jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded
• ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ cup cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
• ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Oven
• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cook the Shrimp
• Toss shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
• Sauté in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
• Remove from heat and chop shrimp into small pieces.
3. Make the Filling
• In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic, and chopped shrimp.
4. Stuff the Jalapeños
• Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
• Spoon the shrimp mixture into each half, packing it tightly.
5. Bake
• Place stuffed jalapeños on the baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until tender and bubbly.
6. Serve
• Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy hot!
