Easy Buffalo Chicken Flatbread 






Ingredients:

For the Flatbread:
• 1 store-bought flatbread (or naan)
• 1 cup cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great!)
• ¼ cup buffalo sauce (Frank’s RedHot or your favorite)
• ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (or more mozzarella if preferred)
• 1 tbsp ranch or blue cheese dressing (for drizzling)
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
For Garnish (Optional):
• Chopped fresh parsley or green onions
• Extra buffalo sauce drizzle
• Crushed red pepper flakes (for extra heat)
Directions:

Preheat & Prep:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) (or air fryer to 375°F (190°C)).
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Buffalo Chicken:
1. In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Assemble the Flatbread:
1. Place flatbread on the baking sheet.
2. Spread buffalo chicken evenly over the flatbread.
3. Sprinkle with mozzarella and blue cheese crumbles.
Bake & Serve:
Oven Method:
• Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Air Fryer Method:
• Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 7-8 minutes.
Garnish & Enjoy!
• Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
• Sprinkle with chopped parsley or green onions.
