Banana's Foster Banana Pudding 
Banana's Foster Banana Pudding 


Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1/4 cup white sugar

- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted

- 1 package instant banana pudding mix

- 1 3/4 cups cold milk

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup butter

- 2/3 cup dark brown sugar

- 3 1/2 tbsp banana liqueur

- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- 3 bananas, sliced

- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, white sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.

3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a square baking pan. Bake for about 6 minutes.

4. Whisk the cold milk and banana pudding mix for 2 minutes until thickened. Add softened cream cheese and blend using a mixer. Chill in the fridge.

5. In a mixer, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract on high speed for 3–4 minutes until stiff peaks form. Chill until needed.

6. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in dark brown sugar, banana liqueur, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

7. When the mixture bubbles, add the sliced bananas and chopped walnuts, stirring to coat. Cook for 4–5 minutes until bananas are warmed through.

8. Layer the pudding, whipped cream, banana foster mixture, and crust however you prefer. Enjoy!
