This refreshing dessert is a perfect blend of fresh fruit and creamy milk, set without gelatin but with the help of agar-agar for a satisfying texture. A light, delicious way to enjoy fruits!

Ingredients

Tangerines, peeled and segmented
Kiwis, peeled and sliced
Persimmons, peeled and sliced
Grapefruit, peeled and segmented
Apple, cored and chopped
Banana, peeled and sliced
8 g agar-agar
50 ml water
350 ml milk
200 g condensed milk
200 g sour cream or yogurt

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit:

Arrange the tangerines, kiwis, persimmons, grapefruit, apple, and banana in individual serving dishes or a large bowl.

Prepare the Agar-Agar Mixture:

In a small saucepan, combine the agar-agar with 50 ml of water. Let it soak for 3-5 minutes.
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the agar-agar dissolves completely. Remove from heat.

Make the Milk Mixture:

In another saucepan, warm the milk and condensed milk just until they blend smoothly (do not boil).
Stir in the dissolved agar-agar mixture and mix well.

Add Sour Cream or Yogurt:

Once the milk mixture is off the heat, stir in room-temperature sour cream or yogurt until smooth.

Assemble the Dessert:

Pour the creamy milk mixture over the arranged fruit in the serving dishes.
Allow the dessert to set, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Serve:

Once set, serve chilled. Garnish with extra fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey if desired.
