Ingredients:

3 large ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
400ml heavy cream, chilled
150g powdered sugar
200g crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Set aside.
Prepare a large glass trifle dish or individual serving glasses for layering.
Begin by spreading a thin layer of whipped cream at the bottom of the dish.
Add a layer of crushed graham crackers, followed by a layer of mango slices. Repeat the process until the dish is filled, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.
Arrange mango slices decoratively on the top layer. Sprinkle a small amount of crushed graham crackers over the whipped cream for texture.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.
Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours to allow the layers to set and flavors to meld together. Serve chilled.
