Ingredients:

For the cookie dough:

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

For the ice cream:

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Snickers bars, chopped
- Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- Cookie dough (from above)

For topping:

- Chocolate sauce
- Caramel sauce
- Chopped peanuts

Instructions:

1. For the cookie dough: In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in milk and vanilla extract. Gradually add flour and stir until well combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Roll into small balls and freeze.
 
2. For the ice cream: In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth. Add chopped Snickers bars, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and frozen cookie dough balls.
 
3. Pour the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan, swirling in chocolate and caramel sauce. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
 
4. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
5. Serve scoops of the ice cream dream topped with extra chocolate and caramel sauce, and more chopped peanuts.
